Please kindly test all products you received especially when purchase with large quantity. Please notify us immediately if an item is defective/DOA/wrong.

DOA/Defective Items:

Any products dead on arrival can be replaced or refunded in 20 days as soon as the defectiveness is confirmed due to non-human causes, or returned items are received.


You may contact our customer service team by email with images and your order number to get refund or replaced in 20 days. If DOA/defective items need returning, please get the instructions on how to send back to us for replacement with a return authorization number (RMA). Replacement will be shipped out as soon as your DOA/defective items arrived.


The 20-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use.


Wrong Items:

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us via our Customer Service and provide us the picture proof of the error in 5 days as soon as it delivered.


If return is necessary, replacement or refund will be issued to you once returned parcel was received. Please be sure that the wrong item you returned is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition.


For the wrong item, if you prefer to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for purchasing it.
